Which gives you more energy Gatorade energy drink or rice?
Gatorade gives you direct energy when you drink it but it will not last as long.
Rice gives slow energy over the whole day.
Uum. Yea! Gatorade is just sugar and salt (electrolytes according to marketing). If you drink Gatorade you are consuming sugar calories, which then need to be burned or stored. If you drink water you are consuming 0 calories. My rule of thumb there is drink a "sports drink" only after more than 1 hour of strenuous excersize.
