There are many Greek goddesses, and quite a few don't have mothers, but two that spring to mind are Chaos and Aphrodite, but it depends on which version of the myth- Chaos is usually said to have been the first thing in creation, but it has also been said that she was born from Chronus without a mother, or that she was the child or Chronus and his wife Ananke. Aphrodite is usually said to have been born from Ouranus's chopped off genitals being thrown into the sea, but this has been interpreted as Aphrodite being parentless, Ouranus being Aphrodite's father and only parent, Ouranus effectively mating with the primordial sea god Pontus and them both being Aphrodite's fathers, or Ouranus effectively mating with the primordial sea goddess Thalassa and her being Aphrodite's mother. Other version simply state that Aphrodite mysteriously rose from the sea foam, with no parentage at all, or as a child of Pontus, Thalassa, or both. She is also said to have been created by Ouranus before he got chopped up, when he mated with the goddess of day, Hemera, or that she was the daughter of Zeus and Dione.
