The battle of Ragnarok has a very 'charming' epilogue.
Balder comes back from the dead as does the blind Höðr who killed him.
The two humans that survived by hiding in a tree were Líf and Lífþrasir.
Odin's brother Honir
Odin's sons Vidar and Vali (possibly the same person)
Thor's sons Modi and Magni. (They also preserve Mjöllnir, thor's hammer)
because loki stays on the human world
The final battle of the Norse gods, where many of them die.
No they know most of them are going to die at the battle of ragnarok.
The Ragnarok has not happened yet however it is supposed to be a battle between the forces of Einheriar and frost giants.
The Norse gods fell due to Ragnarok which was a series of events sending in a giant battle in which the major gods were killed.
Ragnarok is Norse mythology. From Norway or Sweden, or those countries in that area. It is a final battle of good and evil, and the destruction of gods
Freya is one of few gods who does not die at Ragnarok.
He will die at Ragnarok as will all other gods except Baldur, who will be resurected after Ragnarok.
Ragnarok wasn't a god/or a being. In Norse Mythology Ragnarok, was the predestined death of the Germanic Gods. Ragnarok marks the end of the old world and the beginning of the new.

Ragnarok is the "Twilight of the Gods". It's when all the gods and humans die. The only people that live are Thor's two sons and a man a woman. Baldr and Hod are supposed to come back to life as well. There's supposed to be a great fight, that were Thor, Odin and Frey die.
In Norse myths, the end of their world is Ragnarok. That is when Fenrir breaks from his tethers, Midgard serpent comes from the sea, and Loki is freed. Most of the gods will die, then Baldur will come back to life and two humans live to repruduce.
