You can get any graphics card you want, your CPU doesn't matter. What matters is if you have a PCI, PCI-E, or AGP bus to plug the card into.

How do you put a graphics card that you know is compatible into a Pakard Bell with an Intel Pentium 4?

The vgraphics card and and processor are separate entities. You do not do anything with the Pentium 4 processor when installing a graphics card. Simply put the graphics card in the AGP or PCI-E (they are bigger slots that look like pci slots) slot of your motherboard, plug in the power connnector if neccisary, then boot your computer. You will need to install drivers which are available online or on the CD included with the card. As with all hardware, make sure to avoid static discharge on the item.

How well will Minecraft play on an Acer Aspire laptop with an Intel Pentium processor P6100?

Minecraft should run decently on there, but it really depends on how much RAM you have and your graphics card. If you have 2GB + of RAM it should be OK and a decent graphics card would be ideal. The processor should be fine.

Can you use a video card if the minimum requirement is an Intel Pentium III and you have an Intel Pentium D processor?

May be not, because all Pentium 3 processor supported motherboard uses AGP port (4x speed, maximum is 8x used by Pentium 4s), but on the other hand, almost all Pentium D supported motherboard uses PCI Express x16 slot for video card, so they can not be seated there..... so the answer is NO, but some motherboards are available who supports a D process with an AGP slot, so the answer is YES, got your answer?make your decision! I have a PC with the following details 2.93GHz 1.5GB Ram Pentium 4 256MB video card Is it possible to get or put or insert an external graphic card to it?

Graphics cards connect to the computer only through the connectors present on the motherboard so an external graphics card is unfortunately not an option. You can always switch your video card entirely, but be sure to check if the motherboard you have supports it.

Could a PC with an Intel Celeron run a game that requires an Intel Pentium III?

Possibly. "Celeron" doesn't refer to any particular processor. They are cost-reduced versions of the Intel Pentium II, Pentium III, Pentium 4, Pentium M, and Core 2 Duo. Assuming that your Celeron is based on a processor that is faster than the Pentium III, you shouldn't have any problems. If yours is based on the Pentium III, check the clock speed. A 1.2 GHz Celeron, for instance, is probably fast enough for a game that requires a 1 GHz Pentium III.Other factors, such as the graphics card of your system, may also be important.
