after giving birth women often say i want another one, after a kick in the testicles guys very seldom if ever say i want another kick in the balls, so my vote goes to testicles is more painful!

∙ 14y agoComing from a parent with 3 kids, I can honestly say the childbirth did not hurt me one bit. However, a swift kick to the playground is excruciating.

Natural childbirth I would say. You never know how long it will take and you can't get the epidural until it's close to the birth.
