Which is a way Islam encouraged science and a flow of information?

In Islam,

• People of science and knowledge are placed in higher ranks over other people and praised in Quran and by prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ۗ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ ﴿٩﴾

{Are those who know and those who do not know alike?}

[Quran, chapter 39, verse 9]

• Muslims are encouraged to think in God creations to realize God wisdom, capability, and superiority.

وَهُوَ الَّذِي مَدَّ الْأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنْهَارًا ۖ وَمِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ جَعَلَ فِيهَا زَوْجَيْنِ اثْنَيْنِ ۖ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ ﴿٣﴾

{And He (God or Allah in Arabic) it is Who spread the earth and made in it firm mountains and rivers, and of all fruits He has made in it two kinds; He makes the night cover the day; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect. (3)}

[Quran, chapter 13, verse 3]

وَسَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا مِّنْهُ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ ﴿١٣﴾

{And He (God or Allah in Arabic) has made subservient to you whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth, all, from Himself; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect. (13)}

[Quran, chapter 45, verse 13]

• God says in Quran that scientists and knowledgeable people fears and knows God the best.

.نَّمَا يَخْشَى اللَّـهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمَاءُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَزِيزٌ غَفُورٌ ﴿٢٨﴾

{..those of His servants only who are possessed of knowledge fear Allah (God)..}

[Quran, chapter 35, verse 28]

• People who knows are encouraged to spread their knowledge. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that the Zakat (charity) of science is spreading it.
• Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) encouraged Muslims to seek knowledge and science and to tolerate any hardships in achieving this purpose. He told his people 'seek science and knowledge even in China' (as China is considered at that time very difficult to reach.
• Islam encourages science and scientific research and discoveries as means and proofs of the authenticity of Quran and that Quran is real God words and not possible to be authored by any human being. This is through The scientific statements in Quran, that their validity and correctness were possible to be confirmed only with the current advances in science and technology.
