LCD are not they are harmless CRT emits radiation burning your eyes CRT monitors are the big ones LCD the flat ones :)
unlike what he said it does not emit radiation at you... it does at a right angle to you though (don't let your cat sit on top of your TV) but the flickering you see is an irritation so it causes your eyes stress which, with time, is bad
Could be bad LCD screen, defective video cable or bad motherboard. First, test the laptop with external monitor. If video on the external monitor is normal but it's bad on the laptop LCD, the problem is somewhere inside the laptop display panel (bad LCD, bad video cable, bad connection between cable/motherboard/LCD). If video on the external monitor is bad too, you have either software related problem or something is wrong with the motherboard. Try reinstalling Windows first, it might help.
monitor no lag
Laptops generally have LCD displays. They also usually have a connector on the rear of the laptop where you can attach an external monitor. Using an external monitor is a good way to diagnose a defective laptop display if you suspect t the LCD laptop display is bad.
Yes, as long as the lcd monitor has the proper connections.
At this point, I would say that a CRT had no advantages over a LCD monitor. The LCD is probably cheaper, it takes up less space, is easier on the eyes, and provides better revolutions.
It is probably to attach to an LCD monitor.
TV Screens Boggle your mind with silly things unlees it is fictionsl. You get sucked into it and it can affect your learning and eyes.
An LCD monitor.
LCD's are made up of lines that project an image on the screen. These lines constantly move, sometimes up and down, and sometimes side to side...this causes a flicker often seen on older LCD monitor's.
