I don't want an edit war but I know the Vulcan does not jam. You can buy whichever, but if you like sniping, get the Longshot. If you are into assault missions and firepower, the Vulcan is probably for you.
Just make sure to handle the belt feed carefully.
the Nerf vulcan because it shoots rapid or single and has 25 darts instead of six.The Vulcan is better than the recon, but i think the longshot and Vulcan are both equal the vulcan is wwaayy better than the recon and has rapid fire...
i think that the Nerf stampede is better than the Nerf vulcan
They have already made the Nerf longshot, and the Vulcan has the option to be bolt action instead of automatic. Nerf is also currently making the Longstrike cs-6, which will be an improved longshot.
Put on some Dart Tag glasses,a Vulcan ammo belt around your shoulder and hip,and get a Nerf Longshot with a Drum Magazine, and Tahdah!Your a Nerf commando.
vulcan is automatic but requires batteries to go full auto it fires pretty well when not in full auto mode but sometimes the vulcan jams. If you have enough money get the vulcan if not the longshot is a nice alternative but any answer to this question is some ones opinion it really depends on what how you play in a Nerf war because the Vulcan due to short barrel and batteries it does not shoot very far (even with modifications) or accurately but has a fast rate of fire so this gun is suited to people that are more wild in their shooting. the Longshot however is the opposite and more suited to people who are cool, calm and accurate.
The Nerf Longstrike is a Nerf sniper rifle that is longer than the Longshot, looks better than the Longshot, and shoots up to 35 feet, about the same as a Longshot. It costs 30 - 40 dollars with taxes, and has an attachment rail on the top and on the bottom.
Usually Nerf blasters last around 5 years (Longshot 2006 - 2010), but lots exceed this number (Rapid Fire 20 2001 - Present), so it is unknown when the Vulcan will be discontinued.
I have the Nerf longshot yes it does it is quite a rip-off
the Nerf longstrike clipsystem 6 the long strike has 2 clip holders look kooler and well better than the longshot but get the Nerf raider so you can use the drum clip with the thing
Depends what you're looking for, if you're looking for size, go for the longshot, if firepower is your thing, go for the Titan.
The recommended age group for the Nerf Longshot is between the ages 6 years and up. So unfortunately, the Nerf Longshot is not suitable children age 6 years and under.
Out of the box, they have about the same performance. However, the Longshot has greater modding potential and can reach ranges of about one-hundred feet.
