It depends what experience you have in caring for animals !
Guinea Pigs make excellent pets for younger people as they don't take much looking after.
Snakes on the other hand need regulated temperature and humidity, rodents for food etc.
The best thing to do would be to contact your local library - do LOADS of reading and decide for yourself if you are better suited to caring for a guinea-pig or a snake !

No, I doubt it. I do have a friend who has a rabbit and guinea pig in the same hutch but guinea pigs are more friendly to there own species; especially if they're from the same litter.
Definitely a guinea pig. Rabbits have very strong hind legs and tend to kick hard. They are also a lot bigger.
