Which is better muscle girl power or just girl power?

there are both special in they own way girls power are for girls who do not want to be muscular but still have some power also when they go to a gym they do so much then quit go home then bed and so on but muscle girl power are for girls who really care about their bodys look after their bodys and use muscle girl power as their image i prefer muscle girl power because they never quit strong arms check strong body check strong legs check more confidence check but at least girl power as some confidence both are big and little sister to each other so no rivalry
