By xbox360 i assume you mean The Xbox 360 pro, which yes is better if you want to get on xbox live, so you can download games . Definantly go with the pro.
All xboxs out there to buy brand new now are exacltly the same the only thing different between say the elite and the arcade is what you get with it, if you where to buy the elite you would not get a hard drive and the extra cable to let you play online, but with bthe elite ( the most expensive model) you geta bigger hardrive and so on. my first xbox broke, so i bought the arcade, attached all the parts from my old one, like the hardrive ( you dont need to know what you are doing to do this they all just click on and off)
