It's not that one is better than the other, it's just that they are different. You need to acquire a vision for yourself. A vision in this sense is a clearly articulated picture of the future you intend to create for your self; A passion for what you want to do. Once you have acquired that vision, your path will become clear. Make sure the vision is specific not gneral. What exactly is it that you want to be in terms of career goals and objectives? What exactly will you become, and what exactly will you be doing. So many individuals choose programs today without a specific written plan. These same individuals wind up becoming miserable in their work which is not good for them or their employer. Acquire a vision based on passion and you will be fine.

It's not that one is better than the other; it's just that they are different. The question should be, "which one is best for me?" In order to determine that, you must first acquire a vision; a specific and clearly articulated picture of the future you intend to create for yourself. This vision should be based on a passion for what you want to do and the benefit it will bring to others as well as yourself. Once you acquire that vision, your path will become clear.
