Short answer: Of the cars you mentioned, Rolls Royce shows the most expensive car in their 2009 line-up, the Phantom, at $380,000.

The short answer, however, can be misleading. An Enzo Ferrari, which was produced in limited numbers in 2002 and 2003, can cost in excess of one million dollars. And Porsche's Carrera GT, last produced in 2005, cost about $440,000 brand new.
