knowledge is first important then character cause ,if a person have much knowledge then he can build up his character he will never destroy his character cause in the books there is nothing written bad....if he is educated knows how to respect others and if he respect others then in return he will also get respect and even he can get good jobs,where about if the person is not educated but he is respective person even every one will respect him but he can't have good jobs i think knowledge is firstimportant then character.

to my own understanding I think what the quote knowledge speaks, but wisdom listen mean is, for instance knowledgeable person says whatever he knows or have read while wisdom listen and thinks before saying anything
