To display how many pages a report includes in Microsoft Access, you can switch to "Print Preview" mode. This mode allows you to see the entire report layout and pagination. You can access this mode by clicking on the "Print Preview" button in the Print Preview group on the Report Design Tools Design tab.

when you create a report, it is a good idea to display the report in print preview repeatedly as you continue to develop the report. Doing so will give you a chance to find any formatting problems or other issues so that you can make any necessary corrections before printing the report.
