Any single meal item that is that many calories is unhealthy for you. It's one of those things that you could probably have once or twice in a year, not every week or so - your body doesn't need the fat or the high calorie intake all at once. To decide which is the *most* unhealthy, you'd have to decide which is worse for your health - the fat or the carbs. Since this could be an individual things, let's just call it a draw.
