The best is not the quickest, and the quickest is not the best. The best: Doctors and dieticians recommend losing weight gradually, allowing a whole month for every 4 to 8 pounds you want to lose. Do not starve yourself, or skip meals, or try throwing up.

The quickest: intense exercise coupled with a very low-calorie (anorexic) diet. This kind of program is not normally recommended and can cause problems ranging from malnutrition to joint-damage.

Here's a program for the period in which you want to lose weight:

Get plenty of moderate aerobic exercise. Avoid junk foods and sweetened drinks such as soda. Preferably consume no sugar, and as little added salt and processed foods as possible. Our great-grandparents didn't have the epidemic of obesity we see today, because they had a much more natural diet.

Eat 3 not-large-portioned meals per day; do not skip breakfast; and avoid sugary snacks. Limit your calories (best to consult a doctor or nutritionist concerning the amount), and weigh yourself 2-3 times/week. If you see your weight diminishing at a safe, reasonable rate (1-2 pounds/week), keep it up.

Once you've reached your target weight, increase your calorie intake somewhat, so that you can maintain your present weight. And you can then have small amounts of sweetened foods or junk food on occasion (if at all), along with your regular healthy foods. But keep checking your weight 2-3 times/week.

Avoid crash diets, fad diets, diet pills, etc. Avoid fatty cuts of meat. Walk as much as possible. Bicycling and swimming are good too.

More guidelines:

Don't concentrate on specific foods so much as on a balanced, healthy diet plus exercise. Plenty of moderate exercise rather than intense exercise, which can damage your joints.

Healthy nutrition means eating what your body needs, while ingesting as few harmful things as possible. It has also been described as getting enough of each of the major food categories, in health forms (grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy, etc.; plus plenty of water).

This will vary somewhat from one person to another; and I don't believe that there's any universal diet that can be prescribed for everyone.

In general, an example of a healthy starting point could be a menu of whole grains, whole-wheat bread, a good amount of vegetables, legumes, some fruits and nuts, fish, lean meats (in not-large amounts), and some dairy. However, this may need adjusting according to one's lifestyle, age, health, weight and other factors at the outset; and also later, as one sees what works for him/her in particular.

Also...whenever you feel queasy, nauseous, constipated or otherwise not completely well, try to remember what you've eaten over the last several hours or the last day. This is one factor in adjusting one's food habits.

# Do 40-45 mins of cardio 4-5 days in a week # Take up weight training and train with weights 3 days in a week(whole body workouts are better) # Eat a bit lesser than your needs. And watch your macro nutrients. Eat high protein, moderate carb and low fat diet # Drink plenty of water # Sleep properly. Cos without proper sleep you wont be able to work harder to reach your goal. # Track progress every week and make adjustments to diet, workouts etc based on progress. For eg.. u lost 2 lbs in first week and only 1 lbs in second week, then increasing a little cardio would be a great idea. # 2-2.5 lbs weight loss per week is ideal. Don't try to lose more than that as you may take your health to a toss.

the best way is to not eat but not eating can also lead to loosing your muscle and replacing it with fat

the healthier way is to eat 5 small 100 calorie meals a day and then work each meal off after you eat if you stick to this you will loose 30 pounds in less than a month, maybe even MORE!

Diet: This is the first part. ake sure you are right at the 1200 calorie per day level, and make sure your are getting all the nutrients you need in a day. Don't try to punish yourself by eating only carrots. You want to work smart, not hard. If you keep it to 1200 calories you are doing great. If you happen to feel full eating this much - you might actually end up eating MORE than you currently do - that is even better.

Eliminate the following from your diet: ALL white flour products, ALL processed sugar, ALL fast food. Drink only water + one tall glass of milk per day.

The diet is the most important part, so be sure to stick with it.

Exercise:

You need to do cardio exercise at least for 60 - 90 minutes a day, four days a week.

You can jog, bike, swim, do aerobics, kickbox, or whatever. But it has to get your heart rate up to about 80% of maximum and you have to be able to sustain it.

Since money seems to be an issue, here are some free suggestions: Bicycling - your best option if you have a bike. Its moderate cardio that you can sustain for long periods of time. Get after it though, no just tooling around. Go attack some hills or just ride fast. If you're not sweating and breathing hard, you're not exercising or burning fat. Jogging: You can do this if you have shoes. You'll have to find a four or five mile course to get in an hours work, and that's if you're run / walking. DON'T JUST WALK. Walking is not really exercise as our bodies do it too efficiently. If walking is all you can do, take the time up to at least 90 minutes and do it at a fast pace. No leisurely walking.

Other free activities include backpacking (but remember to keep a fast pace) and going on Netflix and using the aerobics videos they have in their fitness section. If you have Wii Fit you can try that, too.

So that's cardio. Four days a week, 60 - 90 minutes a day.

Three days a week do strength training. If you can't go to the gym try doing this routine three times in as little time as possible:

15 push ups

30 crunches

30 leg lifts

20 air squats

20 mountain climbers

15 push ups

20 lunges

You can Google any of those exercises to see them done correctly.

On the 7th day do some yoga or pilates for recovery and flexibility. Again, Netflix has a bunch of videos, just pick one you like. YouTube might have some stuff too.

Won't be easy! But you should drop at least 2 lbs per week while toning up a bit. That's about as much weight as you can lose while maintaining health.

BTW, after three weeks of this routine and getting proper nutrition, you will feel GREAT. First week might be kind of painful though. But if you not win on these, you are go to another options such a bariatric surgery in PlacidWay, it will help you to lose weight fast, control your hunger, safe and affordable.
