It depends on your preference. However, I have recently heard a lot about Shiv Nadar University...SNU has all the prerequisites of being the right place to pursue your career. if you are good in acads and want to be part of international, research led university…then, I think Shiv Nadar will be good to consider. Moreover, a good academic score will help you get a scholarship too. You can check out their website for more info…here is a help http://www.snu.edu.in/engineering/engineering _postgraduate_programs.aspx

computer science
Of course EEE, but it's depend on individual interest.
mechanical civil EEE ECE CSC
I think, the core courses such as ECE,MECHANICAL,CIVIL,EEE,EIE are the best to choose because they are all having a very good scope in the future. Don't decide a course by its value. But decide a course through your interest. All the best. I prefer CSE ( computer science and engineering over others because of job market and salaries. I see most of the engineers for other streams like ECE, EEE, Mech and Civil join software industry. If I need to do a software job after doing Mech or civil, why not join computer engineering.
both are good in their field.
The choice between ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering), EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering), and EIE (Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering) depends on your career interests and goals. ECE deals with communication systems and electronics, EEE focuses on electrical systems and technologies, while EIE combines electronics and instrumentation for industrial applications. Consider which field aligns best with your interests and career aspirations for determining which is better for you.
I'm assuming you are still in high school. If, so, you might want to start with "Intro to Engineering." Then you want to explore your possibilities with courses like ECE, Civil, EEE, Mechanical. Never choose a career by it's value; always choose a career of your interest.
No eee and ece are equally tough they are similar branches varies in communication and electrical fields.
sciences
The University of Alaska at Anchorage offers the best engineering program in the region. You will have to contact them directly for more information.
With EEE we can go to electrical field and software field. but in ECE we can go to electrical, software and communication field like ISRO etc....
