it is actually the colombian army.due to the internal conflict , the army is in constant training and no other army in even latin America has the experience Colombia has in dealing with armed conflict. Colombia even trains army from other countries, like irak.

they are really differnt
The south, they had better tacticians. The only issue is that they fought a ground battle instead of entrenching and keeping the north at bay. The north had more factories, and the south had issues with supplying their army that the north did not.
