cancer
Sounds like our old friends the White Blood cells!
Somatc=body cell; disorder=disease. Therefore a disease of the body - not affecting germline cells.
Basically cells do not control rather they are part of the tissues and the tissues are part of the organ. The Cells are what makes the body part or the whole body what it is. They generate energy and they make up the whole body. The control center of the body is the brain which is made up of tissues and therefore made up of cells too.
i think u say i am infected with a disease
cancer
Yes, your body constantly has cancer cells in your system, your white blood cells should be able to control them so they cannot affect the body, but when the cancer cells multiply and attack faster than the wbc's can control then it becomes a problem.
Cancer
Cells within the body multiply regularly. Some cells grow uncontrollably forming tumors. As the disease progresses, the cancerous cells travel through the blood stream and attack other organs of the body.
white blood cells
These are white blood cells.
The body uses enzymes to control reactions within cells.

they do no
No. In an autoimmune disease, the body attacks his own cells which become for unkonwn reason recognized as a foreign body (antigen). While in cancer, certain body cells divide without control. So autoimmune and cancer indicate unrelated terms.
macrophage
a vaccination is a dead or deactivated virus. the body treats the vaccine as a threat to the body, so it fights the disease. it leaves you with memory T (killer cells) and B (cells that create antibodies). when the actual disease comes, the memory B cells make antibodies that stick to the disease cells antigens, and the memory T cells kill the disease, to end the disease before it can start.
