Texas is, for those who are geographically challenged. Texas is closer to the equator, therefore the climate is warmer. Ohio also gets snow, quite a bunch. But i wouldn't suggest going to either state. Texas and Ohio Both have bad football teams, Texas has too many fat rednecks, and Ohio just is horrible.

In other words, Texas is hotter than Ohio.
(But from what I've heard, both states are terrible. They have many rednecks and terrible football teams. But others have told me Texas is wonderful. I'm not sure about Ohio, but it seems like a nice state. Just because their football teams are bad and they have rednecks doesn't mean they don't have nice people!(: )
