Assuming this question is asking about about trading items before the arrival of the Spaniards (or Cortes):
The Aztec people did not have guns before the arrival of the Spaniards. Once the Spaniards arrived, the Aztecs traded their goods (gold, food, etc.) with the Spanish people for guns and gun powder.
Peaches were not traded in the Aztec capital city of Tenochtitlan, at least before the arrival of the Europeans.
Mexico City has always been the capital of Mexico, but before the arrival of Spanish in the 16th century, it was named as Tenochtitlan and was founded on March 13, 1325. Before the rise of the Aztecs, Mexico was a land with many small civilizations (or countries, if you prefer), including Toltecs, Teotihuacans, Tlaxcalans, Mayans and many more; so a "national capital" didn't exist at the time.
