Antarctica and Australasia are continents entirely located in the Southern Hemisphere. Africa and South America are also in that hemisphere but not entirely so.
Antarctica
Chile has the Atacama Desert in the west and it lies in the Southern Hemisphere. So is/has/does Australia.
Africa is a large continent spreading across the equator, so that large amounts of it are in the northern hemisphere and large amounts in the southern hemisphere. In the southern hemisphere October is a Spring month. In the northern hemisphere it is an Autumn month. Around the equator itself there is very little difference in the seasons. So it depends on where in Africa you are in October.
The region covers some 20% of the Southern Hemisphere, of which 5.5% (14 million km2) is the surface area of the continent itself.
Antarctica is a continent that is surrounded by the southern ocean. It is the only continent that does not have any permanent inhabitants.

A hemisphere is half of the Earth's surface divided by the equator into Northern and Southern Hemispheres or by the Prime Meridian into Eastern and Western Hemispheres. A continent is a large, continuous landmass on Earth, such as Africa or North America, made up of multiple countries and regions. Each continent can span multiple hemispheres.

Australia is the answer. It was penal colony at one time. That means it was a very large jail surrounded by water. The British put what they said were criminals there.
Chile has the Atacama Desert in the west and it lies in the Southern Hemisphere. So is/has/does Australia.
the landmasses are not large enough, so marine climates prevail.
Africa is a very large continent, with some of it in the northern hemisphere and some in the southern hemisphere. When it is summer in the US, then it is summer in the northern hemisphere, so it would be summer in the part of Africa that is in the northern hemisphere. For the part in the southern hemipshere, it would be winter. The equator goes through Africa, so in the parts near it, there is little variation in seasons at any time of the year.
Antarctica is a continent situated in the southern hemisphere, almost entirely south of the Antarctic Circle, and is surrounded by the Southern Ocean. Antarctica is Earth's southernmost continent, overlying the South Pole. There are miles of snow and ice, yet comparatively little snow falls each year, especially on the interior. It is only by centuries of accumulation that the ice sheet has been formed. Ninety-eight percent of Antarctica is covered by its ice sheet: there is land underneath the ice, unlike the Arctic where the sea ice floats on top of an ocean.Antarctica contains about seven million cubic miles of ice, more than 90% of the ice and 75% of the fresh water in the world.Antarctica has been designated an international scientific preserve, which cannot by claimed as territory by any single country.Mining and military installations are prohibited under the Antarctic Treaty of 1959.Antarctica means 'Anti-Arktos' meaning the opposite of the arctic. (Arktos is greek for bear, meaning that 'Arctic' means bear.)Antarctica is a continent covering about 10% of the earth's surface. It is covered by a polar ice sheet containing about 70% of the earth's fresh water.Antarctica is surrounded by the Southern Ocean and is the highest, driest, darkest, windiest, coldest and iciest continent on earth.
