Myosin is a protein and structural element of muscle cells.Going from superficial to deep in the muscle:
Each skeletal muscle is covered by a fourth, very tough fibrous layer of CT called deep fascia.
The deep fascia may extend past the length of the muscle (tendon or aponeurosis), and attach that muscle to a bone, cartilage or muscle.
Each skeletal muscle is covered by a third layer of dense, fibrous CT called epimysium.
Many fascicles are bundled together to form a skeletal muscle.
Many muscle fibers are bundled together into groups called fascicles. Each fascicle is wrapped in a second layer of CT made of collagen called perimysium.
The last layer: Each muscle fiber (cell) is wrapped in a thin layer called endomysium. This the layer that myosin is found in.
Actin & myosin
Fascias are located in many places of the human body. It is a layer of tissue that surrounds muscles, blood vessels and nerves. They act in a similar way to ligaments.

Pigment cells (melanocytes) are found in the basal layer of the epidermis.
Repeating units of actin and myosin filaments are called sarcomeres. These are designed to control the contraction of muscles in the human body.
Muscles are a type of tissue composed of contractile cells or fibers that effect MOVEMENT of a part of the human body, that allows you to move your body... :)
The thinner layer is ...the eye-lid.

Anterior where is the cruciate ligament located on human body?
The largest tendon in the human body is located in the Achilles heel.
DNA in the human body is located in the nucleus of each and every cell in the human body.
The smallest cells in the human body are the Granule/Golgi neurons in the granular layer (innermost layer of grey matter) of Cerebellum.
