Beef is from cows and people eat it unless it is against their religion or their diet.
i believe it was egyptians that did not eat beef. um im not sure exactly what the religion of Egypt is called. all i know was it was egyptians that believe the cow is sacred.
People who follow Islam and Judaism eat beef - they it is not prohibited from eating beef. However, in Hinduism - cow is worshiped as one of the Gods and hence Hindus are prohibited from eating beef.
Answer It is not Jews,for they eat beef. and drink. It is not Christians for we eat beef,pork,and drink.ALOT. It is not Muslims for they don't eat meat by one single blow to the animal head and for they eat beef It is not atheists for they don't care about eating things or drinking things. Religion and culture will play a charge part in the food that people eat ever day. Some people can't eat some foods because of their religion for example Muslim and Jews can't eat pork, Hindus don't eat beef and Buddhists are vegetarian
They can eat anything, but according to their religion they must not kill or eat any living creature. That is misleading. Though vegetarianism is appreciated, many sections of the Hindu society are traditionally non-vegetarians. Beef, of course, is taboo for most hindus. This is in respect to cows which are pets and provide a whole lot of things. Milk and milk products, calves which will grow up to till the fields and carts, manure, finishing material to adobe huts, and hide for shoes.
