Thats almost a contradiction. If AC is that important to you I would go a little larger on the car so you have a big enough engine to handle the load of AC. The samller ones that are so equipped don't do wello with AC on because engines are just too small.

Theres no power getting to it. Could be fuse or relay. Depending on vehicle it could be something to do with your thermostat or air conditioning system. Hard to say not knowing the year, make, model of said car.
