they use (Lead) because it has a low melting point and easy to mold and cool. they also use it because it is light enough to be shot farther but it also has enough weight so the wind wont affect its accuracy as much

Lead is used only in cheap bullets. Better bullets are an alloy of lead and antimony. Many common lead bullets have a copper or steel 'jacket' -Most accurate rifle bullets are a bronze-nickel steel mix, or a copper alloy.

What materials aren't bullet proof?

well all materials are bullet proof, that is depending on the caliber bullet and how thick the material is,a .22 caliber can pierce a 2x4,and a .50 cal can pierce about 50 2x4's,even paper can stop a bullet,if ya take one sheet of paper its not going to do much, but get about 1000 sheets and nothing can get threw, not even armor piercing!

What is bullett proof kevlar made from?

It's a special kind of polymer, related to nylon, woven in certain patterns that enhance its ability to absorb and redirect the energy from a bullet. Note, that Kevlar (and all related materials) aren't really bullet "proof", rather they are bullet "resistant". They resist the passage of a bullet - for certain size and speed bullets, this resistance is enough to prevent it passing through the material, but for others, the bullet still retains enough energy to penetrate the material. Thus, all bullet resistant materials and designs are rated according to the type of bullet they are able to stop.

Is titanium poisonous?

Titanium is not poisonous, but it is a good bullet-proof material.

What materials are bulletproof?

There are many materials with bullet proof properties including Kevlar, Lexan, Titanium, Steel and Carbon Composites. Keep in mind that "bullet-proof" is a relative term. Armor-piercing bullets are designed to be able to penetrate most of these so-called "bullet-proof" materials that will do a decent job of stopping normal (non-armor-piercing) rounds.
