wurtzite boron nitride and lonsdaleite are two different minerals found to be harder than diamonds. lonsdaleite is also called hexagonal diamond, in case you cannot find this name anywhere.

(also, i don't think that wurtzite boron nitride is natural, if you are looking for a natural mineral. I think it has been compressed to make it harder.)
