The type of muscle tissue that have only one or two nuclei per cell are cardiac muscle cells. Their nuclei are located in the center of a cell.
smooth muscle have only one nucleus per cell. Cardiac have 1-2 nucleus (So, it is not consider to have one nucleus).
Skeletal muscle fibers can have hundreds of nuclei.
Usually cells like Muscle cells, Nerve cells, etc. A lot of tissues also have multiple nuclei. HOPE THIS HELPS!!
