carbon dioxide(co2) BUT... if there must me not enough oxygen then the produced gas is carbon monoxide(co)
Carbon Monoxide is a poisonous, tasteless, invisible, odorless gas, also known as the "silent killer." This gas is slightly lighter than air, and consists of one carbon atom and one oxygen atom, connected by a triple bond that consists of two covalent bonds as well as one dative convalent bond. It's the simplest oxocarbon. In coordination complexes the carbon monoxide ligand is called carbonyl.-Diondre McClam:)carbon monoxide is made up of carbon and oxygen (CO).
Organic compounds are generally defined as those compounds which have carbon-hydrogen bonds; Compounds without such bonds are called inorganic compounds. Thus, carbonic acid is an inorganic compound. http://www.science.edu.sg/ssc/detailed.jsp?artid=6699&type=6&root=5&parent=5&cat=76
The most important are:- rooms must be ventilated- the fire must be controlled

An organic compound must contain both carbon and hydrogen. Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide contain carbon an oxygen, but not hydrogen.
0.44g CO

In standard conditions, carbon monoxide is a gas.
It isn't an organic compound as to be considered organic a compound must have carbon bonded to hydrogen. Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide only have carbon bonded to oxygen.
In order to be considered organic, carbon must bond with hydrogen. in CO2, it bond only with oxygen.
you must be an alien
Oxygen as a gas is heavier than carbonmonoxide This is because carbon monoxide consists of one oxygen atom and one carbon atom. This says that if the mass of oxygen is x and the mass of carbon is x-z (its not as heavy as oxygen) then a carbon monoxide molecule is 2x-z. Also we must keep in mind that z is smaller than x. On the other hand an oxygen molecule is 2x. It is obvious that 2x is larger than 2x-z unless z is 0 or smaller. However z cant be 0 or smaller because then carbon as an atom would be heavier than oxygen which it isn't. However Carbon Monoxide is heavier than oxygen as an atom. Again we can say CO is 2x-z and since z is less than x, 2x-z>x. Also x is an oxygen atoms mass. So CO>O but CO<O2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a process...But Smelting and CarbonIron ores consists of oxygen and iron atoms bonded together into molecules. To convert it to metallic iron it must be smelted or sent through a direct reduction process to remove the oxygen. Oxygen-iron bonds are strong, and to remove the iron from the oxygen, a stronger elemental bond must be presented to attach to the oxygen. Carbon is used because the strength of a carbon-oxygen bond is greater than that of the iron-oxygen bond, at high temperatures. Thus, the iron ore must be powdered and mixed with coke, to be burnt in the smelting process. However, it is not entirely as simple as that; carbon monoxide is the primary ingredient of chemically stripping oxygen from iron. Thus, the iron and carbon smelting must be kept at an oxygen deficient (reducing) state to promote burning of carbon to produce CO not CO2.
I believe its two since carbon dioxide is CO2 (mini two) so since C is carbon and O is Oxygen, since there is a small two by the O my guess is that the answer is two
