A body in motion tends to stay in motion.

If gravity suddenly disappeared, the moon would fly out into space in a straight line. If the moon suddenly stopped moving it would fall straight into Earth.
If there was suddenly no gravity, the planets would continue to move at the same speed in the current direction they are facing in a straight line until a collision occurs. By the way, if gravity suddenly stopped, the laws of physics would suddenly, drastically change, because gravity is one of the four fundamental interactions.
either because they produce a rapid and intense change in mood; or because they produce painful withdrawal symptoms when stopped suddenly
I assume you mean micro gravity or in free fall when you write "space" You (the jumper) has to push on something. Once you have jumped off something you will continue (as Newtons laws of motion propose) until you are stopped by another force.
The sky turns purple and sparkly and magical unicorns jump over rainbows. Or just about anything else you like. It's pointless to attempt to describe what happens if something that can't happen were to happen.
