they are all equal power
Checks and balances insures that their both equal. However, I believe the Legislative Branch is the most powerful because they actually MAKE the laws.
they are all equal power
None. They are all equal makers of our country made it that way because they did not want any of the branches to be to powerful.
The Bill of Rights
separation of powers
So no branch is too powerful and takes control.
Revisions, permanent monitoring, and separation of powers (branches of government)
All the branches of the government are supposed to be equal to terms of power due to checks and balances created by the founding fathers. Congress can be extremely powerful if there is a clear majority faction that controls both the Senate and the House of Representatives, but it is weak if the members of the Senate or House are too divided to agree on anything.
the federal government has three branches to keep any one branch from getting to powerful.
All three branches of government were designed to have equal power through a system of checks and balances between the three branches.
The judicial branch is not the most powerful, all branches are the same.No branch is powerful than the other
they are organized into three branches and use a system of checks and balances to ensure no branch becomes too powerful
There are three branches because they didn't want one branch to be to powerful:) I think!
the most powerful branch of the government is the executive branch.
