Both the Old Testament and the New Testament are 100% true. Both of these testament were inspired by God. These two books were written by God through human authors and God can not lie, and the human authors put down word for word what God want the human race to know. You can trust them both.
If the question is whether the Old Testament or the New Testament contains the most truth, then it is of course possible that they both contain truth. Some of the historical information in the Old Testament, especially from the time of the divided monarchy, the Babylonian Exile and the Persian period, can be verified from extra-biblical sources. So, if we had to choose, the Old Testament may contain more factual information.
Truth is not a quantity which you can measure, Truth is a person, as Our Blessed Lord said in St. John's Gospel, "If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." (John 8:31). What is this truth that Our Blessed Lord is speaking about? Easy, it is Himself that He is speaking about, as He IS the truth, and He will make you free.
That being said, every word in both Testaments is Him, as St. John says at the beginning of His Gospel, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. So Our Blessed Lord is the Word of God, and God is Truth, thus each and every Word from the mouth of Our Blessed Savior is Truth.
So both Testaments are Truth, and both Testaments are about Christ, we only meet Him formally, and specifically, in the New Testament, after His incarnation; but He has been there all along. Look at the first verses of Genesis, verse 3: And God SAID, "Let there be light"; and there was light. - Right there, God SAID, remember that the Word of God is a Person, that is Our Blessed Lord, so He is right there in the very beginning, and all through the Scriptures right up until the end.
You cannot say that one of them has more "truth" than the other, as the only subject of both of them, along with the author of both of them, is one and the same God: Truth, Jesus Christ.
