You can not train a horse in intelligence or personality i.e, you cant make your horse smarter or have more spunk. These are called un trains or uts. You add together the horses current personality and intelligence. Then you add the breed max together. Then you divide the horses current intelligence and personality added together by the horses breed max. multiply the answer by 100
No HorseIsle does not allow you to breed any horses. You can only ride and train them. They do, however, have the Quarter Horse breed in both HI1 and HI2.

To train the stats, you can either use the training pen in your ranch, which trains each stat +1, or the separate trainers in each town, such as speed in Earton.
