Well, Shi Huangdi in the Qin dynasty was a horrible ruler and his dynasty only lasted 15 years. he wanted it to last for 10 generations or something like that. then, Liu Bang started the Han dynasty and helped overthrow Shi Huangdi. That was the beginning of the Han dynasty.
