The Morab is a direct cross between Morgans and Arabians. It is a relatively new breed with heavy Arabian influence. Arabians appear often in the foundation bloodlines of the modern Thoroughbred. The Godolphin Barb, Darley Arabian and Byerly Turk are considered the founding fathers of the racehorse breed, and all three were mainly Arabian. Arabian blood appears in other famous racehorses, notably the Eclipse line. The Missouri Fox Trotter is an American breed bred for stamina and willingness, both traits inherited from Arabian ancestors. The Haflinger, however, is a European breed through and through.
It is actually the Missouri Foxtrotter. That is what it told me.

The haflinger foundation stallion was sired by a half-Arab so MFT is correct.

The Arabian horse is believed to be the purest horse breed in the world. Because the Arabian does not have any recordable (or traceable) outside influences, it is said to be a "pure" breed. The Arabian though was used to influence many, many breeds of horses including common breeds such as the Thoroughbred.
All of these breeds have been influenced at some point in their development by other breeds. However the Arabian has had the least influence in recent times and is therefore the purest of the breeds listed.

There is no such thing at a Thoroughbred Arabian. There are Thoroughbreds, Arabians, and Anglo-Arabians ( Thoroughbred crossed with Arabian). So assuming you meant Purebred Arabian they run at speeds of 18 to 20-25 MPH.
The Anglo Arab is crossed with Arabian and Thoroughbred to create the Anglo Arab

the haflinger breed originated in austia. it can be traced back to Arabian bloodlines and a number of different cold bloodled breeds which makes the horses ideal for both riding and draft work. the Arabian stallion Follie is generally considered the foundation sire of the haflinger breed. today four of the five bloodines can be traced back to Follie and his Arabian sire and great bloodlines.
