YOM KIPPUR is the only one of those four choices which is a Jewish holiday. The other options are Christian religious holidays.
It is Easter. Although Easter isn't celebrated much it is more of an enjoyable and expensive holiday.

It depends on which country are you living in. It also has to do with the fact that Easter is a "religious" holiday, as well as Christmas and technically Thanksgiving. The difference with Christmas being Paid- holiday and Easter not being paid is for the simple fact that Easter is a christian celebrated event to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ , thus the Government cant submit to one religion, therefore Easter Day cannot be labeled a Federal Holiday
