EE typically starts out higher (around 5k or so) than IE, but it depends completely on the job. They are vastly different, so you're better off choosing which interests you more. In terms of job outlook, it's a guessing game. A EE can go different places than an IE, so see which interests you more.
If you want exact numbers, look at a college you're interested in on their job placement page. They typically keep track of starting salaries.
