Well, Friendster had it's moment but today it's been sidelined by the fast growing and fun Facebook. And also, Friendster only exist in just some southeast Asian countries most especially the Philippines which I believe was the Friendster capital of the world unlike Facebook which is worldwide and now being used by most aside from MySpace and Twitter or any other social networking sites. What also made Facebook famous nowadays are it's applications especially games which instantly captured the eyes of the bored Friendster users.
Me myself I used to be contented with Friendster with just music, friends and decorating my profile but I now spend most of my time in Facebook because there's a lot of activity going on and there's so much to do.
So yeah I think Facebook is better than Friendster.
