It is under the hood, near the right front headlight.There is a row of 5 or 6 relays ,one of which is for the fuel pump.
Under the hood on the passenger side, attached to the firewall directly opposite of the glove box are attached two relays next to eachother. The one with 5 wires going to it is your fuel pump relay, the one with 4 wires is not.
If you look carefully, there are 5 or 6 relays. Fuel pump, B-Latch, AC, Air Stepper Motor, O2 heater and Starter relays.
you should have six big relays in your fuse panel and between them are 5 small ones.its the small one in the center
On the inner fender behind the battery. There is a group of 5 relays, 3 on the fender wall, and 2 on the strut housing. the innermost one is the fuel pump relay, the outer one is the starter relay. they fin any common Chrysler relay.

Its behind the glove compartment,it`s placed right above the computer module. There`s three relays in there Im not sure wich one it is. You can see it if you remove the bottom cover that`s below the glove compartment. It has two screws holding it, once you drop it, youll see the computer module, an aluminum square flat box and to the side of it you`ll see the relay box with a few fuses. The relays are above those fuses. Getting the relays out its a hole different ball game. You can get the manufatures manual at an AutoZone store. My 1994 3.1L Oldsmobile, Cutlass Ciera, the Fuel Pump relay is in the engine comp, right side, with 4 other relays. The fuel pump relay has a short wire with a connector on it, that is meant to prime the fuel system. When you add power to that line, you will hear the fuel pump pressure up. That Relay has 5 posts on it.
Hello, The Fuel Pump Relay on a Olds Intrigue 3.5 is located in the engine compartment on the passenger side. The relay is under a black plastic cover that has a star shaped plastic screw that has to be unscrewed by hand. This cover also has a Red plastic terminal cover at the top. If you look in your owners manual,Section 6 on a 1999 manual. It will show which one is the fuel pump relay. There are several fuses and relays under this cover.It is smaller than most the relays under this cover. The fuel pump relay is a rectanguler black plastic 5 pin relay about 10 to 11 dollars.
The fuel valve is on right side. In the 1986 sei when 1 turns on the key it goes thru the ecu then energizes the #4 and # 5 relays turns on the pump and pressurizes the system and then it will crank. If the kill switch is not in the right position it will not crank.
On the firewall, directly behind the driver. There are two there. One of them is for the fuel pump.
Go under the pass side of the dash where the fuse box is take out the 3 screws the cover comes off and you can see the relays.
On the Driver's side of the dash when you open the door you will a panel that says "Fuse Access" pull that off. You will see 5 relays. 3 going in a vertical line and 2 smaller ones along the bottom. 1 far left on the bottom is fuel pump relay #1 1 in the middle of the bottom is fuel pump relay #2
