The kidney is the organ that actually sends extra fluids and toxins to the bladder, however there are many other organs that serve in the process such as the liver, the pancreas, and the spleen.

Mainly Liver, Kidneys and Skin are responsible to eliminate water and waste products from the body.

Liver is responsible for the elimination of solid wastes,

Kidneys for Liquid wastes

and skin for the elimination for minerals and water
