In a plant cell, it would be the vacuole.

Since the vacuole contains tons of water when in a plant cell, it pushes against the cell walls, stiffening the plant, making it non-droopy (this is called turgor pressure). That's why when plants are dehydrated, they tend to droop- because of their shrunken vacuoles
