Transport Vessicle
Transitional vesicles are vesicles within a cell that transport proteins, lipids and other materials form organelle to organelle. Their function is to transport materials (such as proteins and lipids) from the transitional ER (also called the transitional elements of the ER) to the ERGIC (ER-Golgi intermediate compartment) or the CGN (cis-Golgi network).

The Golgi apparatus, or Golgi body, is where proteins and lipids are sorted and packed. The Golgi apparatus has different vesicles that are attached to its edges. One of the vesicles is called the transport vesicle which transports the processed proteins and lipids to their final destination.
The endoplasmic reticulum(E.R.) is the organelle that packages protein for transport out of a cell. there are two types of endoplasmic reticulums, the smooth e.r. and the rough e.r. which do not have ribosomes attached, and mainly manufacture lipids and package them in vesicles... the second type of e.r. is the rough e.r. which have ribosomes attached, and can manufacture as well as add non-polypeptide groups to polypeptide chains to make finished proteins. These also pack the proteins into vesicles. ur welcum from cool pr student :)

The rough endoplasmic reticulum has ribosomes and provides vesicles to transport synthesized protein.

Golgi apparatus and the whole endomembrane system, transports stuff through the cell, and vesicles, made by the Golgi, transport tings such as proteins out of the cell.
Transport proteins are not responsible for the secretion. Golgi vesicles transport proteins. Proteins synthesis occur in cytoplasm.
The Golgi apparatus sorts, processes, and packages proteins as well as the membranes of transport vesicles.
