There are only 4 you can move, the one that is wrong in each gallery. Click on the painting to grab it, then click on the painting you want to swap it with. Each of the paintings goes to the group that is CLOCKWISE from it: swap the one at upper left to the upper right, the one from upper right to lower right, the one from lower right to lower left, and from lower left to upper left.
