It is the "Cytoplasm"
Cytoplasm
The clear fluid is called cytoplasm. It's the fluid that all the cell's organelles float in, and it helps keep them in place so they don't move around too much and bump into each other.
cytoplasm
The reason why the cell membrane requires a fluid consistency is to allow certain molecules to pass through. Fluidity is also important for phagocytosis to take place.
there are four functions in a cytoplasm. 1)supports and holds the cellular organelles. 2)contains proteins which aid in cell movement and cell shape. 3)helps materials move from place to place within the cell. 4)serves as the site of many cellular processes.
Cells cannot be alive and function without osmosis. Osmosis helps to maintain an equilibrium between the pressure within the cell and outside the cell. If the fluid volume within the cell is more than the fluid volume outside the cell, the cell swells up due to the excess fluid and pressurize the cell wall causing it to burst. If the fluid volume outside the cell is less than the fluid volume inside the cell, the pressure exerted on the cell wall from outside will cause the cell to cave in and collapse. In plants osmosis helps to absorb water and nutrients and transfer it to other parts of the cell. In animal cells it aids in distribution of nutrients and removal of toxic wastes. Living organisms cannot live without the process of osmosis.

Cytoplasm is the fluid inside of a cell. It touches most or all of the organelles in the cell, and helps move them.
the chemical inside the dry cell is the fluid where chemical reaction take place this fluid is CYTOPLASM
