Batteries
The function of the bulb in a flashlight is to generate some light when some electrical current passes through it. Note: That's actually the whole purpose of the flashlight. If there were no part of it that generated any light, then you do just as well without the flashlight altogether.
The bulb is the output. It is what illuminates the dark.

Potential Difference is the difference in electric potential energy per coulomb of charge at one point of a circuit compared to the charge at another point in a circuit. Potential difference, or voltage, is a way of describing the energy of an electric field without using test charges. In circuits, potential difference is the difference in voltage from one part of a circuit to another. It can also be described by ohms law where the Voltage=Current*Resistance In electrostatics, potential difference is the line integral of the electric field from one point to another with respect to distance.
Most light bulbs don't have resistors; they are resistors. The filament introduces resistance as part of its action. The resistance is what makes it glow. Usually, if you use a resistor with a light bulb or other lighting device (neon tube, LED, etc), it is external. Its purpose is to reduce the voltage to match the requirements of the bulb. For instance, with a 50 ohm resistor, you could probably use a flashlight bulb with a 9 volt battery.
This is the part of electronics consisting of such circuits which processes analouge quantities is called analogue electronics. And the part of electronics which provides the data in the form of a maximum and minimum voltage signals i.e. By two voltage levels only is known as digital electronics.
The anodes and cathodes affect the voltage of the battery all the time. Without them, the battery would not work. The anode provides the positive charge or current. The cathode provides the negative charge or electrons. Part of the anode is down in the battery and part serves as a terminal. Part of the cathode is down in the battery and part serves a a terminal.
Annexure provides a list of documents and is a part of schedule and schedule provides the reference and description of the documents
The voltage divider circuit is a network of two or more components in series, often resistors, between a potential difference. The voltage between the components will be somewhere between the potential difference across the whole network and so divides the total voltage into one or more intermediate voltages.
AVR means Automatic Voltage Regulator. It automatically maintains a constant voltage level. AVR may be a separate device or a part of powet supply.

The difference between a current control device and voltage controlled device is that for current controlled device, the current is constant and the voltage is variable while for a voltage controlled device, the voltage is constant and the current is variable.
The bulb is the output. It is what illuminates the dark.
From the manufacturer. Honestly, though, this is the complicated and expensive part; it may be easier and possibly even cheaper to just buy a whole new flashlight.
On all modern vehicles the voltage regulator is either part of the alternator or part of the PCM.
It depends on what part of the world it is in and what the usual control voltage is in that part of the world.
voltage regulator is internal part of alternator
