Several come to mind but the simplest word for such a group would have to be "evil". When a very small group of people control all that happens in the world for their own benefit that makes the vast majority of the world's population slaves.
Non-delusional Response:First, the potential for this particular conspiracy theory to ever be realized is essentially zero. The world is a complex thing, and the idea of a handful of people being able to control even part of it for more than a few years is ludicrous. The more pressure put on a population, the more chaos ensues.That being said, paranoid delusion sums it up pretty well.
