All fender jazz pickguards fit any fender jazz bass, vintage or brand new, it does not matter.
I use them, and I love them. They have a fluid feel to them, like it just fits naturally. They sound excellent. They're very dependable, as well as beautiful. My only problem is the strings- I hatyed the strings that the bass came with. I instantly replaced them with some Fender strings. But other than that, this is the ideal bass. I love it!
