It wasn't as simple as that. Both sides had some very good aircraft, while some had limitations and weaknesses, but were produced in large numbers nevertheless

Yes, Iraq was involved and was actually invaded as part of World War 2. In 1941 a Group of Nationalist Iraq generals pulled off a Coup against the regime of 'Abd al-llah with the Aid of German Intelligence. This action forced the British to land and invade Iraq to prevent a Pro-Axis government from taking hold. The battle was fought mostly with obsolete weaponry by both sides but with the British winning with better training and numbers. During the battle German and Italian Aircraft flew raids against the British, disguising their plane in Iraqi colors. This forced the British to also invade French Syria, which was were the German planes were Refueling.

They also helped british resistance fighters, and british planes that were bombed by the Germans over France. The French Resistance Fighters would watch for British planes brought down by German planes over France, and risk their own lives to hide the crew, look after them and try to get them back to Britain, before the German Army found them.

The Germans bombed British cities in WWI with blimps. They did the same thing in WWII with airplanes. The German thought if they bombed England, the British would surrender. The British did not surrender and bombed Germany (along with USA bomber planes) in retaliation.
There was a lot of British planes. But the one I remember is the Spitfire.
