The atmosphere of Neptune has the fastest winds of any solar planet. Their speeds have been measured up to 2100 km/hr (1300 mph). One of the features of the planet as late as 1989 was a fast-moving Great Dark Spot (analogous to Jupiter's Great Red Spot) on its Southern Hemisphere, and within it a smaller triangular white patch of storms, which was nicknamed "Scooter". However, by the time of 1994's examination of Neptune by the Hubble Space Telescope, the Great Dark Spot had disappeared, and along with it, Scooter. A new spot on the northern hemisphere is called the Northern Great Spot.
A planet with an at-most-fear (get it?) will have sort-of a grayish white cloud surrounding it.
No. Nirbiru does not exist. Even if it did, the passage of a planet-sized object would not significantly affect the Oort cloud.
The electric cloud is the probability of where you can find an electron.
I know that the planet with all of those characteristics is definitely SATURN.

Neptune is the planet that has the moving cloud nicknamed 'scooter'. Neptune is considered a gas giant, and is the eighth planet from the Sun.
Neptune. The scooter is a white cloud based storm.
venus is covered with poisinous acid, in a yellowish cloud, and so no human would be able to get anywhere near it. that's probably it's most distinctive feature, but the fact that it is the brightest planet(and most beautiful) stands out too.
This one
Venus is not a gaseous planet. It is a rocky planet covered by cloud.
Almost 90 percent of the planet Jupiter is covered by clouds. This cloud cover is what gives this planet its appearance.
Pluto, although it is considered a dwarf planet.
On the electron planet!
No it does not. The Oort cloud is not a planet. It is a sphere of comets around our solar system.
